Loren F. Selznick  

Professional Bio

Ms Selznick has represented corporations and individuals in state and federal courts for 18 years in reinsurance, accounting, reserving, director liability, actuarial, employment discrimination, banking, broadcasting, franchise, health care, bankruptcy, environmental, and real estate litigation. She is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, and the States of New York and California. Ms Selznick began her career in solo practice, clerked at the New York State Court of Appeals, and joined the Breed, Abbott & Morgan litigation department in 1987. She was elected partner at Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan in 1996 and continued as a partner at Winston & Strawn in 2000. Ms Selznick received a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School in 1983. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences in 1980 where she was on the Dean's List.
